Imaging and MGI Software BELMONT, CA—(October 6, 1997)—Vista Imaging, Inc., a prominent developer of digital cameras and software products, today announced a new software bundling agreement with MGI Software Corp.(TSE:MGI), the leader in PC Photography and Video Publishing software. Under the terms of the agreement, Vista Imaging will now deliver its ViCAM desktop digital video camera with MGI VideoWave SE+ a customized version of MGI’s VideoWave Video Publishing software, plus a copy of MGI PhotoSuite SE PC Photography software as well.
